We Have Hit 100!

We have hit the 100 mark! We currently have 70 campers registered (last year we only had 47!!) and 30 staffers. It’s been a LONG time since we had 100 people at camp. In fact, this year will be the first year in over a decade that we will be holding worship services in the basement of the Bloomington House, since we won’t be able to fit in Old Bethel. That’s sort of sad since a lot of campers will miss the nice, stoic, rustic feel of the 100-year-old chapel. However, most campers don’t remember when we used to do worship in the Bloomington House, so this will bring back a lot of nostalgia for staffers like myself who have been coming to camp for almost 20 years (and extra-specially staffers like Josh Clemens, who holds the record for 37 consecutive years at camp).
