Strangely Protected From The Weather

Campers are arriving – that means Summer Camp 2011 has officially begun! And right as a weather system is moving into the area. A nice storm front has quickly cooled things down from the mid 90s to the mid 80s – and those 10 degrees make all the difference. We’ve been keeping an eye on the front here at the command center in the staff cabin, and we noticed a weird phenomenon in the weather pattern. Just take a look at the video.

Yes, I realize I said we were “protected by the weather” instead of “protected from the weather”. I was concentrating on holding the camera still so it didn’t shake and talking at the same time. I failed on both counts.
