Summer Camp 2021…
…is over, but the memories remain. Thanks to all who came, thanks be to God for a wonderful week together, and thanks to the staff for the sacrifices they made to spend a week serving the campers!

Emmaus Retreat: Saturday, October 30th, 2021
Winter Retreat: Thursday, December 30th, 2021 – Sunday, January 2nd, 2022
Summer Camp: Sunday, July 17th – Saturday, July 23rd, 2022
Sunday, July 11th @ 5:30 pm – Saturday, July 17th @ 1:00 pm
Our annual summer camp for youth going into 4th 6th grade (2021)* through college freshman in the fall. There will be fellowship, prayer, teachings, singing, games, arts & crafts, a climbing wall and zip-line, refreshing pool and water slide, pick-up football, soccer, ultimate frisbee, basketball, and volleyball games – and a talent/no-talent show – all in beautiful southern Indiana! It will be a week filled with wonder and one you won’t forget – don’t miss it for the world! (*A decision was made in April to reduce capacity for 2021, therefore the 4th & 5th grades have been regrettably removed this year.)
**Register ASAP!! Space is limited; registration may be capped if necessary.**
A NOTE IN LIGHT OF COVID: While our hope and plans will be gearing up for Summer Camp, obviously there exists uncertainty – for us and for you – as to where things will be and how they will look this summer. With that in mind, we will be waiving our normal cancellation fee again. What does that mean? Register now without hesitation! Also, no money is due at the time of registration! If you do pay at the time of registration and you or we have to cancel, you will of course get a full refund. Since early registration helps us with planning and expectations, we are continuing with our normal Early Bird Registration, however, **the Standard Registration deadline has been moved up to May 8th, 2021** (more explanation below). Prepare in hope with us, balanced with the understanding that unforeseen changes may happen, camp may be different from years past, and ultimately could be cancelled again. God’s will be done!
Early Bird Registration – $425 – Ends 3/31/21
Standard Registration – $475 – Ends 6/30/21 5/8/21!!

Early bird rate is $425 and runs until March 31st, 2021! Standard registration is $475 and ends June 30th May 8th, 2021. (In order to remove variables and reduce moving pieces, registration needs to closed early this year so we have definite figures and can begin making concrete preparations.) Camp t-shirts are $15. REGISTER NOW! It is OKAY if you cannot pay the full registration fee up front when you register, as long as full payment is received by June 30th – so don’t wait, register today!! If you would like to set up a payment plan and make periodic payments before camp, we can do that, too!
DON’T let finances be the reason your kids don’t come!! If you are in need of financial assistance, please speak to your local parish. Scholarships may also be available through St. John’s Camp Program’s Scholarship Fund. For more details go to our Scholarship Request page.
